Laminated Composite Filter Media
A layer of heated, nonwoven fabric is laminated to a filter media, creating the laminated composite structure and giving the laminate stiffness. The product is versatile and can be tailored to suit customers’ requirements.
Product Introduction
Laminated composite filter media is compounded by ultrasonic melting and hot-melt fibre adhesive technology to bond different layers of material together, to enhance physical or chemical performance of filtration media which can be widely used in pleated filters.

- Gurley Stiffness is measured per CRAA433(equivalent to EST-RP-CC021.2).
- The listed data for stiffness is taken from standard grade media by Handanhy. Stiffness can be adjusted meet customers’ requirements.
Different testing methods might be considered and done to check for various applications. Handanhy can make 0.3 μm DOP test, 0.26 μm salt test, Sodium flame test and 0.4 μm particle counting test.
For customers’ convenience, Handanhy can supply pleated filter mats. Handanhy promises not to manufacture any assembled filters which compete with our customers.
