Polypropylene Oil or Chemical Absorbent Material
Polypropylene melt-blown superfine fiber fabric with 3D network structure has very quick and high oil absorbency. The absorbent capacity is 10-20 times its own weight, and absorbable materials include organic solvents, hydrocarbons, vegetable oil and other liquids.
Product Introduction
The melt-blown material helps to deal will all types of spills, leakages and drips, helping to contain them in the first place or clean up afterwards. The strong, durable product is particularly handy for use with machinery which may leak or spray, and can be cut into any configuration as required. The design aids the rapid soaking up of liquids, which can then be wrung out so the product can be reused.
Depending on the function, the absorbent material can be hydrophobic (oil only absorbents), hydrophilic (oil and water absorbents) or universal (chemical and oil/water absorbents). It is environmentally-friendly and does not contain chemical agents, meaning it will not cause secondary pollution to the environment. The material roll can be processed into absorbent pads, absorbent pillows, absorbent socks, marine booms etc.
